Description
The overall purpose of the position is to organise, process, co-ordinate and maintain the company's payroll. Accurately calculating earnings and deductions in accordance with established practices and guidelines of Cartrack.


Duties:


  • Processing leave and reports
  • Processing payroll (SAGE not negotiable
  • Monthly reports
  • Administration, enquiries and employee queries
  • Attendance Register
  • Confirmation of employment

Requirements:


  • Completed Grade 1
  • Diploma in Human Resources (or studying towards a qualification) / any other diploma/degree
Years experience in a similar role
years working experience on Sage 300 (Not negotiable)

  • Clear ITC/Credit clear
  • Excel (Intermediate) 2 years working experience on MS Office
