What will you do?
This role will be responsible for escalating impediments, managing risk, and helping drive continuous improvement, the quality of the total solution and resource allocation, capacity management and performance monitoring What will make you successful in this role?

- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency, balancing workloads and skill sets within the team.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement efforts to ensure team efficiency.

Support the overall strategic goals of the organization through effective resource planning and delivery
Facilitate decision making regarding priorities, tradeoffs, including proposing 'what if' scenarios for decision making when competing priorities exist Experience Required

- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources effectively. Experience with Agile and other project management methodologies is a plus.

- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and mentoring teams. Ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving project goals.

- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and shifting demands.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Relevant program management qualifications
Quality Assurance
Leadership management certifications will be advantageous
