    Description

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Agricultural Diploma/Degree preferred
    • Prior experience with maize, wheat, and beans
    • At least 2 years of irrigation farming background
    • Demonstrated maintenance experience with pivots and irrigation systems
    • Experience with livestock is beneficial
    • Demonstrated experience operating large combine harvesters and planting machinery is a must
    • Knowledge of Xhosa language is advantageous
    • Maintenance-focused mindset
    • Team leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively
    • Valid driver's license
