Role Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of SMB accounts, driving sales revenue and fostering lasting relationships.
Your focus will be on nurturing these connections and strategically aligning our cutting-edge services with each client's unique needs.You'll be more than an account manager; you'll be a strategic partner, guiding clients toward their objectives with your insights.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Manage, develop, and grow a portfolio of SMB customer accounts.
- Identify how our services can address customer challenges and provide value.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers.
- Negotiate annual renewals and provide accurate forecasts.
- Develop and maintain account plans.
- Maximize sales for our key products and services.
- Achieve growth targets aligned with your experience and account base.
Key Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Strong English language skills with numeracy and literacy proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Account Management or similar roles within managed services, information security, or software sales.
- Residency in Johannesburg or Cape Town, with weekly office visits.

General Information:
