Descriptions:
The Receptionist promotes the image and brand of the Company by greeting and welcoming visitors, managing the Company's switchboard, arranging Company events including catering and running errands while maintaining professional composure during interactions with Company stakeholders including customers and suppliers.
This position will provide administrative support to the entire organization but will have a greater responsibility to support the finance department with financial administration including loading bank payments, basic reconciliations etc.
In addition, the Receptionist is responsible for making travel arrangements and ensuring that the building and gardens are properly cleaned and maintainedQualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Fundamental financial knowledge and skills
Numerical skills
Effective planning and organisation skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer literacy
Attention to detail
Structured and disciplined
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Problem solver
Self-starter with integrity
Confidentiality and discretionary skills
