Cape Town, WC Salary: R23,000
Your Impactful Role:
- Lead and manage the Concierge team to uphold the highest standards.
- Actively live and promote the hotel's mission and values, ensuring "No Request too Large; No Detail too Small."
- Foster positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Manage team performance through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily concierge operations, enhancing guest stays and ensuring impeccable service.
What You Need:
- 3 years' concierge experience in a 5star hotel.
- Supervisory or team leader experience.
- Hospitality Diploma is advantageous.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven network of industry contacts.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
