We are recruiting for a Head: Programme Manager with 10 years relevant work experience in Programme Management

Requirements:

Must have 3 years Senior Management experience
Must have 5 years Management experience
Must have experience in managing corporate programmes inclusive of sectorfocused revenue stream development, continuous improvement programmes as well as shift planning scheduling and resource optimization across multiple value streams
Must have proven track record of managing high complexity, high business impact programmes
Must have proven track record in leading ad managing multiple programme (Consisting of multiple projects) simultaneously to achieve time, cost, quality, revenue targets at an organizational level

Qualifications required

Honours Degree in Technology or an Engineering field (NQF 8)
Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK, Advanced Project Management, etc.) is essential
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Similar is advantageous
