Eduvos is looking to hire the services of an
Independent Contractor Information Technology Lecturer at our East London campus on a part-time basis.***
Type of appointment:
Independent Contractor (part-time; flexible workhours agreement)
Purpose:
- To lecture Information Technologyrelated modules, in the faculty on a parttime (contractual) basis.
- To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum qualifications required:
- Honours degree in BSc Computer Science / Information Technology (major in Programming and Mathematics)
Experience:
- Relevant lecturing experience
- Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
- Relevant research experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Modules to be lectured:
- Computer Skills
- Software Process, Architecture Design and Quality Assurance
- 4 IR Technologies
- Enterprise Programming in Java and Python
- Introduction to Information Systems
- Database Systems
Responsibilities:
- Lecturing

- Preparation of notes and additional study materials
