We are looking for anCDP. Salary 8K-8.4K plus live in.
The position available is for a young individual to take on the role who is ready to be developed into a Sous Chef.
This role will also be for someone whom is looking to become a Exec Chef due to the expansion on the hotel group.
Must have previous experience in a 4* / 5* Hotel/Lodge environment. Be able to handle large volume of orders and events. Sometime more than 2 large events at the same time while having more than one outlet operating. Young and career driven. Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role or as a Sous Chef with a reputable track record. Culinary DiplomaPRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
To assist the Executive Chef in the supervision of kitchen production, and to participate in the food production.
Ensures that the function provides the highest food quality consistent with cost control and profitability margins; hence maximise guest satisfaction and food profitability.
All work is carried out in line with the hotel's guidelines, the departmental business plan, and hotel group corporate guidelines, and service concepts.
This position requires an onsite working interview
