Good day

We are currently looking for Laptop Engineer on Immediate basis at our Midrand office.

Role Description :
Repair laptops of various brands within SLA as prescribed by the vendor.

Experience : 2+ Years Laptop repairs (Essential)


Education :
Diploma (preferred)


Certification :
A+ (preferred)


Language :
English (Fluent)


Key accountabilities :

The incumbent will play a key role in repairing laptops of various brands hence providing quality service delivery to stakeholders including vendors and end customers.

Repair and QC

Maintain the Turn around time

Keep Vendor KPI's

Customer Centricity

Interpersonal Skills

Learning Agility

Salary:
