Global mining company is seeking a seasoned IT manager with mining sector experience to join their team.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 8 years' experience as an IT Superintendent / Manager or similar role in the Mining Industry.
Experience in IT Equipment Maintenance.
Experience in CCTV, Turnstiles, Access Control etc.
Experience in Office Network, PC, Laptop etc.
Experience with IT systems on a 5G Mine advantageous.
Extensive knowledge working with Microsoft Office 2016, 2019, or Office 36
Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes.
Diverse knowledge of computer and server hardware.
Expertise in IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites.
Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, analytical, and problemsolving skills critical.
5G mining.
Indepth understanding of diverse computer systems, networks, and software, includes administrative and end user knowledge.
Excellent knowledge of security and data privacy principles.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and nontechnical personnel.
Programming Languages and operating systems.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and report writing skills.
Capable of assisting / guiding employees who do not have extensive knowledge and experience in computer systems.
Able to effectively manage personnel and changing work priorities.
Must be hands on and take initiative.
