Join this Agricultural supply company as an Office Administrator at their offices in Willow Park Manor

They are looking for a detail-oriented, thorough and organised person to join their team. The successful person will possess strong work ethic, an ability to work as part of a team and independently. This person will report directly to the MD.

What will the Office Administrator be responsible for?

  • Register and management of delivery notes, GOB's, sales order books and other admin
  • Assist with OHS Admin
  • Import and export admin
  • Back up person for local sales reps
  • General admin
  • Pick up and delivery from time to time (with company vehicle, may be a distance to drive)
  • Back up for Trial Seeds
  • Assist with reporting and management of maintenance
  • Admin and packing of Trial seeds

What are the minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 + Admin qualification
  • Working experience in a similar position in the Agricultural environment
  • Immaculate organiser and multitasker
  • Navision experience would be an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent Admin skills
  • Ability to solve problems and manage conflict
  • Valid driver's licence
