MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Tracks content development with agency partner. Ensures agency delivers content to brands after working closely with them for strategic input during development process.

Ensures agency is recommending appropriate creative testing plans and priorities and conducts creative quality compliance auditing. Manage end to end Modular Creative development within respective Digital Media; Marketing & Commerce Hub (DMC)


JOB SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as Content champion within the DMC.
  • Work with DMC leads to forecast work, and U-Studio Editor to ensure resources are in place as needed.
  • Step up, support development and delivery of bestinclass Digital, & Social Advertising, Digital Commerce Content
  • Support the U-Studio Editor if project prioritisation is required.
  • Act as leadership bridge between Agency and U-Studio Editor
  • Own content delivery & Perfect store online (PSO):
  • ID asset and briefing sheet completion and approval from U-Studio
  • Drive asset deployment, ensuring content is live retailer sites.
  • Implement search improvement plan including holistic search with media team.
  • Conduct retailer audits, identifying product asset gaps AND opportunities, creating clear action plan covering asset creation plans for brands to agree/invest and deliver and deployment plans.-
  • Manage the full commerce capability suite PIM / KWR / TAB / PCP to facilitate the creation, storage, and deployment of online content:
  • Co-ordinating and detailing contact schedules with U-Studio & brand teams
  • Reviewing content required against TAB & Hub to ensure no duplication.
  • Co-ordinating with AWE teams
  • Training brand teams on:
  • Unilever content suite, Perfect Launch & Online principles & briefing in on bestinclass 7OA, A+, A+ premium
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage BMI Phasing and reporting.
  • Process PO's
  • Dcom & U-Studio editor.
KEY REQUIREMENTS- Relevant Marketing / Business degree years of relevant experience as listed below:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • An excellent communicator with senior stakeholders, peers and reports (conversational and presentational)
  • Proven project management skills, particularly around assessing priorities and managing workload.
  • Experience working as or with marketing stakeholders / agencies and an understanding of their likely challenges and information requirements.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and articulate customer needs in business and more technical vocabulary.
  • Experience managing relationships within a large, multinational, matrix organization
