Description

Commercial Underwriter with minimum 3 years' Short Term Commercial Underwriting experience, preferably within a Broker environment, required to start asap with this national Financial Service Provider.

Matric
Relevant Insurance related qualification
FAIS & RE essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in a short term broker environment
Minimum 3 years' Commercial Underwriting exp essential

Underwriting of new and existing policies,
Process new business
Renewals
Endorsements
Rebroking
Policy administration
Client liaison and communication
Cancellations
Business retention
Raise premiums
Provide assistance to Account Executives to enable them to render excellent service
Monitor outstanding premiums
