_What will be expected of you?

Operational Readiness:

Assist the Operational Project Manager to ensure that the operational aspect of the restaurant is executed during the remodel phase.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all operational processes comply with relevant health and safety standards.

Communication:

Effectively communicate progress and challenges to the Operations Project Manager. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Problem-solving:

Proactively identify and address operational challenges, finding innovative solutions to minimize impact on daily operations.

_Are you qualified?

Diploma in business administration, Project Management, Operations Management or a related field

Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
