Scope:

We are looking for an individual that will process supplier purchase orders, invoice orders, keep track of purchase orders of suppliers and handle inquiries about orders.


Qualifications and work experience

  • Matric
  • Qualification in Business Administration
  • 5 years' experience in similar role
-
- 2 years of Supervisory experience


Non Negotiable:


  • Computer skills, (Excel, Word, Outlook, Syspro)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Creating SCTS'S and confirming stock into Embroidery
  • Processing of suppliers purchase orders.
  • Transfer stock to suppliers and receiving stock back from suppliers.
  • Invoicing of orders
  • Helping walk in/COD customers.
  • Follow up and releasing back orders daily.
  • Placing orders at suppliers and following up on buyouts

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Supervisory: 1 year (required)
  • Customer service and Sales: 5 years (required)
  • Invoicing and Purchase orders: 2 years (required)
