Scope:
We are looking for an individual that will process supplier purchase orders, invoice orders, keep track of purchase orders of suppliers and handle inquiries about orders.
Qualifications and work experience
- Matric
- Qualification in Business Administration
- 5 years' experience in similar role
- 2 years of Supervisory experience
Non Negotiable:
- Computer skills, (Excel, Word, Outlook, Syspro)

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating SCTS'S and confirming stock into Embroidery
- Processing of suppliers purchase orders.
- Transfer stock to suppliers and receiving stock back from suppliers.
- Invoicing of orders
- Helping walk in/COD customers.
- Follow up and releasing back orders daily.
- Placing orders at suppliers and following up on buyouts

- Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
