Description

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced
CALL CENTRE SALES COACH for a large concern. Position based in
Johannesburg.
Grade 12.

Preferably multilingual (Zulu, English, Afrikaans).

Regulatory Examination Certificate 5 (RE5).

Qualification in Short Term Insurance (Personal Lines).

Coaching and / or Mentoring Qualification is essential.

Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator qualification an added advantage.

5yrs+ previous sales and sales management experience with direct impact on helping team members to improve their results by improving skills and knowledge.

2yrs+ call centre quality assurance experience.

Methodical and structured approach to developing and executing coaching plans for team members.

Ability to work within a management team.

Ability to effectively manage a broad array of stakeholders, including internal and external senior decision makers and junior team members.

Reasonable experience in participating in management strategy formulation and execution.

Strong understanding of the regulatory framework under which financial services companies operate.

Purpose of the position is to develop, guide and support relevant sales individuals to meet the skills and performance requirements needed to achieve top performance by identifying needs and implementing development plans that will ensure the continuous improvement of personal technical knowledge, product expertise, customer centric mind sets and sales skills so that customers and company benefit from the efforts of the team.
