Outbound Sales Call Centre Manager with B-Degree / MBA and minimum 10 year' Financial Services Industry/Short Term Insurance Industry, and minimum 5 years' experience in leading cross functional and diverse teams, required to drive and implement strategy to transform the business into a leading provider of short term insurance into the future.


Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / MBA essential
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the Financial Services/Short Term Insurance Industry required
  • Outbound Call Centre experience essential
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in leading cross functional and diverse teams essential
  • Experience in partner and stakeholder management required
  • Proven sales track record

Responsibilities:


  • Driving and implementing business strategy within the call centre
  • Leading team in outbound sales call centre
  • Developing and ensuring business exceeds annual business plan targets
  • Succession planning
  • Setting and delivering budgets
  • Compliance
  • Communication management with all stakeholders
  • Resource and talent management
  • Create and report on business plans
  • Research and implement new initiatives
  • Monitoring of budget
  • Manage and report on marketing strategy
  • Maintain quality of service
  • Prepare annual reports
