Commercial Finance Lead (Medical Devices)**
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Position Overview:

A
global medical devices and diagnostics concern
has an opportunity for _Commercial Finance Lead_
_for the__ Diagnostics Africa business_

The Commercial Finance Lead will be responsible to direct and the
_commercial finance strategy formulation in sync with the overall company's strategy_, take necessary
_pricing actions to enhance profitability_, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters.


One will
set up and develop dashboards on an ongoing basis by
combining raw data from commercial, finance, legal, marketing, supply chain and service to survey the efficiency and performance of customers.

The
optimization of business processes is also required.


Key Accountabilities and Experience required:

-
Deal structuring, pricing management and
tender management.

  • Business partnering and
    business process optimization.
-
Staff leadership and management.

  • A
    completed Degree in a relevant
    Finance or Logistics
    related field
:


  • At
    minimum of 7 years' experience in a global
    _Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Manufacturing commercial environment_, performing
    _Finance/Supply Chain, Planning or Commercial Tender_ related functions.
  • A
    minimum of 3 years of experience in
    managing people.

Project Management
experience is required.

  • At least 7 years related experience in
    _Pricing Setups,__ _
    _Advanced Microsoft Excel__, _
    _PowerPoint__, and _
    _SAP__._
