Currently we are searching for a HR Assistant for Durban, South Africa.Responsibilities of this Post:
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
Process employees' requests and provide relevant information.
Manage the department's telephone center and address queries accordingly.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
Requirements of this Post:
Matric and relevant HR certificate/diploma/degree.
Two years of experience as HR assistant.
Hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
