R R30 000 per month + commission structure

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years experience in the construction sector.
  • Demonstrate aptitude for problemsolving; ability to determine solutions for customers
  • Must be resultsorientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Knowledge of Orange Hire Software (Advantageous)
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
  • Must have willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Valid drivers' license
    Responsibilities

Follow up on the Rep's Establishment, development and maintenance of business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.


  • Make telephone calls and inperson visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations and sales contracts for current and prospective customers.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, followup and adherence to goals.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints.
  • Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Identify advantages and compare organisations products/services.
  • Plan and organise personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territories/segments.
  • Receive from reps oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
