R R30 000 per month + commission structure

Minimum Requirements

Must have at least 2 years experience in the construction sector.
Demonstrate aptitude for problemsolving; ability to determine solutions for customers
Must be resultsorientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Knowledge of Orange Hire Software (Advantageous)
Must maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
Must have willingness to work a flexible schedule
Valid drivers' license
Responsibilities

Follow up on the Rep's Establishment, development and maintenance of business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.

Make telephone calls and inperson visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations and sales contracts for current and prospective customers.
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, followup and adherence to goals.
Resolve customer problems and complaints.
Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
Identify advantages and compare organisations products/services.
Plan and organise personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territories/segments.
Receive from reps oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
