Ultra Liquors, an award-winning, national wholesale and retail business has an exciting opportunity for a
HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team.


Key Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Loading and updating employee information on SAGE
  • Approve leave on ESS
  • Maintain unpaid days spreadsheet
  • Assist with the biometrics system
  • Capturing weekly wages
  • Assist with distribution of payslips

Human Resources

  • Maintaining and updating all permanent and contract employee personal files
  • Coordinating monthly HR Reports
  • Loading weekly training spreadsheet
  • Maintenance of company organogram
  • Ensure compliance training is monitored and updated accordingly
  • Uploading and maintaining BBBEE training
  • Work closely and in partnership with the HR Manager to provide effective process, practice, and systems with the HR portfolio
  • Checking employee documentation has been completed and uploaded onto system correctly
  • HR initiatives and events co
- ordinating

  • Any other ad hoc payroll/HR related duties when required

Role requirements

  • Matric (grade 12)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Relevant Diploma (advantageous)
  • Sage 300 People knowledge (advantageous)
  • Biometric System knowledge (advantageous)

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed above, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by their line manager from time to time, outside the normal sphere of work as may be reasonably requested.


Remuneration Package:

Market related

This is a temporary position based at the Wynberg office. (onsite daily)
