Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Broadcast Producer to join our creative team and contribute to the success of our retail grocery account.

As a Junior Broadcast Producer, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of broadcast projects, ensuring they align with the client's brand and marketing objectives.


Project Management:


  • Work closely with the Broadcast Producer and other team members to manage the endtoend production process for broadcast projects.
  • Develop project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including creative, account management, and external vendors, to facilitate smooth project workflows.

Client Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with client to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for broadcast campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.

Creative Input:


  • Contribute creative ideas and suggestions during brainstorming sessions and project meetings.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that the final broadcast materials meet the client's expectations and brand guidelines.

Budget Management:


  • Assist in budget planning and management for broadcast projects, ensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to financial parameters.
  • Work with finance and accounting teams to track expenses and provide accurate financial reports.

Vendor Coordination:


  • Liaise with external vendors, including production companies, directors, editors, and postproduction facilities.
  • Obtain and evaluate vendor bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • 12 years previous experience in a broadcast production role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with broadcast production processes and industry trends.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
