My client is seeking Sales Representatives to join their dynamic team in Cape Town and Port Elizabeth.


The Sales Rep will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing the right products and services, exploring new market opportunities, and identifying potential customer leads.



Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience, particularly in FMCG sector
  • Basic cooking skills for product demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Proficient in delivering formal presentations and effective communication
  • Strong abilities in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Must possess a valid Driver's license and be open to travel

Qualifications:
  • Sales and Marketing qualification
  • Degree/ND in Food Technology or related field

Knowledge & Experience:
  • Focus on achieving targets
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Traits of emotional intelligence, integrity, flexibility, resilience, accountability, and innovative thinking

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically plan sales visits to maximize impact
  • Expand market share across different product categories
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for various product lines
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations and tests for key customers
  • Enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
  • Execute promotional activities as per company guidelines
  • Strengthen customer relationships to enhance service efficiency
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to provide valuable insights
  • Submit timely sales and activity reports for analysis
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage sales administration tasks and other assigned duties
  • Ensure deliveries meet company standards and monitor stock levels
  • Adhere to company standards for vehicle tracking and usage
