VACANCY - Quality Controller
A well-established packaging manufacturer has a vacancy for a Quality Controller. The role is based in Cape Town, Southern Suburbs and will report to the Quality Supervisor.

  • Patrol the shopfloor (Extrusion, Printing, Conversion & Packing).
  • Testing and inspection of material and finished products.
  • Receiving Inspection.
  • Daily Reports.
  • Raising NCR and conducting CAPA.
  • Assist the different process with problemsolving.
  • Conduct sampling plan testing and inspection.
  • Communicating from operator to MD level.
  • Communicating with suppliers as well as customers.
  • Controlling the On-Hold area daily.

Desired qualification and requirements:


  • Quality Level
  • Matric
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • No criminal record

Core Competencies

  • Good communication skills.
  • Good written skills.
  • Good math skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to follow instructions accurately
