We are seeking a Creditors Clerk / Administrator for a temporary position based in East London, Eastern Cape

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 with at least 2+ years creditors experience (fuel / chemical industry preferred)
  • Good computer literacy on Pastel Evolution and MS Office
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Friendly disposition and customer service ability
  • General admin & reception experience with switchboard operation

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Operate switchboard, assist with queries and direct calls as required
  • Receiving and assisting visitors
  • Process creditors on Pastel Evolution
  • Intercompany invoices on Pastel Evolution
  • Reconcile creditors at monthend
  • Ordering of various items and stationery for the office
  • Admin support to the CEO
  • General admin support to the office staff as needed
