The Head Office of MRoA is in Johannesburg, with a client service Life office situated in Cape Town.

Your Job:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective interview techniques and selection processes tailored to specific roles and business units.
Promote the organization's employer brand and value proposition to attract and engage top talent in the insurance industry.
Develop compelling job descriptions, advertisements, and recruitment marketing materials that effectively communicate the organization's culture, benefits, and career opportunities.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders, to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Collaborate with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions to tap into diverse talent pools and build a strong talent network.

Data Management and Reporting:

Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter within the insurance industry or a related field.
Indepth knowledge of insurance industry trends, job roles, and hiring requirements.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make databacked recommendations.
