Responsibilities:

Ability to think through problems and take work away from leadership (ultimate responsibility)
Expertly manage client queries and account relationships
Support agency's sales efforts and drive marketing initiatives
Facilitate seamless onboarding of new clients
Develop client strategy documents and conduct online audits
Oversee diverse adhoc initiatives, including website projects
Ensure optimal performance of paid social media ads and monitor budgets
Crucially manage endtoend content creation process and supplier interactions
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and team/leadership
Participate in online and physical client meetings
Compile insightful client monthend reports and findings (strong data and analytical skills)
Provide support to the team and leadership, as and when needed

Requirements:

Diploma/degree in marketing, business, project management, communications, or related field
A minimum of 3 years' experience in an ad agency, digital marketing or marketing project management (experience with technology/telecom/construction/engineering/logistics clients is a plus)
Strong copywriting skills (able to proofread, edit and write pieces of copy when needed)
Excellent skills in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Strong experience with social media ad platforms (Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
Experience with Google Properties (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google My Business)
Decent understanding of SEO, copywriting, and graphic design
Additional digital marketing courses are advantageous
