Description

As Afrirent Holdings, we looking for a Control Room Operator to join one of our subsidiaries, Afritracker (Telematics), to assist and support projects with information and alarm handling (battery disconnect, panic, exit area, high risk area, etc.

If you have worked in a similar environment before doing the similiar job then please do not look any further

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor emergency alerts received by fleet and close alarms with comments e.g battery disconnected, location exit, panic alarm, etc
Provide the client with the necessary operational reports of the fleet on a daily e.g Vehicles speeding reports, vehicle km usage reports, etc
Advice Head Office on vehicles which are available for repair and installation
Update the system the system with the relevant contactable reference in events of emergency and informational feedback
Do customer client care on vehicles and client status handling
Monitoring of client's vehicles and reporting on vehicles which are in areas of unknown and unauthorised abuse of vehicles
