Description
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator for a 5-star Luxury Boutique Hotel in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will be responsible for answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and checking in visitors.


Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and manage correspondence
  • Greet and checkin visitors
  • Assist with scheduling and billing
  • Maintain file system and assist with data entry
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Safari Lodge Experience
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Associate or bachelor's degree a plus
  • Receptionist experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organizational and customer service skills
