Description
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator for a 5-star Luxury Boutique Hotel in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will be responsible for answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and checking in visitors.Responsibilities
- Answer phones and manage correspondence
- Greet and checkin visitors
- Assist with scheduling and billing
- Maintain file system and assist with data entry
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Safari Lodge Experience
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Associate or bachelor's degree a plus
- Receptionist experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational and customer service skills
