OFFERS a Skills Programme with workplace experience for Unemployed (2 months short courses and 4 months workplace)


Ver-Tex Solutions (Pty) Ltd is based in Pretoria and managed by an experienced team of debt collectors, has over 15 years of debt recovery experience, making us one of South Africa's leading debt collection companies, specializing in high volume unsecured debts.


The Global Business Services Financial Skills Accelerator is a structured, integrated 10 week intensive learning journey designed to prepare a qualifying applicant for learning and employment opportunities.


Cape BPO and the Bank Seta are innovatively collaborating to prepare
talented youth (aged between 18 & 34 and unemployed) for employment opportunities within meaningful and sustainable careers in the South African Financial and Business Services Sector.


If you want to work in the new Digital world where Finance, Technology and Customer Experience meet, then this opportunity is for you.


This 6 month program offers:

  • A stipend / basic salary of R3000 for 2 months (May-June)
  • Thereafter a R4500 CTC with commission and incentives for 4 months (July
  • August)
  • On successful completion of the program, selected individuals will be offered a permanent employment contract with Ver-Tex Solutions with a CTC of R4500
  • R5000 plus commission & incentives

Opportunity requirements - applicants must demonstrate:

  • A positive, aspirational attitude, learning ability and a growth mindset
  • A strong work ethic, a drive to achieve success and be a team player
  • A Business, Finance, Accounting or related certificate, diploma or degree
  • A strong attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Good communication skills
  • Digital savvy and interest
  • TVET and University graduates given preference, ideally with one of the following academic disciplines (Diploma or Degree):
  • Financial Management
  • Legal Services
  • Economics and Accounting
