R14 503,75

Responsibilities:


  • Assume primary responsibility for the effective, quality delivery of the Mathematics & Science Project for allocated Schools.
  • Develop, build, and maintain strategic crosssectoral relationships and partnerships within the assigned community; thereby increasing organizational presence, partnerships, and visibility within the education sector at large.
  • Oversee and quality assure all aspects of the Mathematics & Science intervention, including administrative aspects
  • Datacapturing; Reporting for the cluster (narrative and financial); Record keeping.
  • Guide, manage, and review the Team's performance (School administrators) for the project; supervise staff to ensure that the required outcomes are achieved i.e., developing, mentoring, and training employees.
  • Take overall responsibility for the daytoday operations, finances, and asset management of the
Mathematics & Science Project in Rustenburg.

  • Regular school visits
  • Ensure adherence to and implementation of IY policies and processes in the project.
  • Reaching 90% of the learners targeted, working for them to get a minimum 50% pass.
  • Strategic analysis of schools' needs based on funder guidelines and sharing the same with the allocated manager and including in the budgeting process.

Minimum requirements:


  • 23 Years of Working Experience
  • 1 Year working in the afterschool Space.
  • Ability to relocate (if necessary) for the duration of the Contract.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and flexible analytical thinker
  • Innovative and resourceful
