Great opportunity to join an establishedRenewable Energy team as a
Talent Business Partner.
This role is based in Cape Town. This is a 2-year contract.
Some focus areas of the role include:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Implement & manage the assessment centers.
- Continuously update and maintain careers website.
- Update the various business applicant trackers to ensure latest information and process status is documented and communicated.
- Continuously review recruitment infrastructure, processes, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Design & manage the recruitment policy and procedures.
- Manage employee referral program.
- Manage career days.
Key requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Min 5 years' experience in recruitment, at least 2 years at senior/team lead level
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Good knowledge of labour legislation
- Extensive experience in recruiting for:
- wide range of positions
- Head office and site level
