Great opportunity to join an established
Renewable Energy team as a
Talent Business Partner.

This role is based in Cape Town. This is a 2-year contract.


Some focus areas of the role include:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Implement & manage the assessment centers.
  • Continuously update and maintain careers website.
  • Update the various business applicant trackers to ensure latest information and process status is documented and communicated.
  • Continuously review recruitment infrastructure, processes, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Design & manage the recruitment policy and procedures.
  • Manage employee referral program.
  • Manage career days.

Key requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Min 5 years' experience in recruitment, at least 2 years at senior/team lead level
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation
  • Extensive experience in recruiting for:
  • wide range of positions
- permanent and fixed term contracts

  • Head office and site level
