REQUIREMENTS

Marketing Diploma/Marketing Degree/Communications Degree
Good understanding of marketing principles and office management procedures
Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
Wellorganized with a customeroriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Excellent social media skills (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Exquisite communication and people skills
3 years working experience in a marketing environment
Proven working experience in managing a marketing team

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Planning and organizing of digital campaigns and facilitate their success
Ability to conceptualize Marketing themes/ideas and execute marketing campaigns
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends
Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
Coordinate marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing material
Researching consumer opinions, marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly
Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs
Measuring consumer satisfaction with products or services
Measuring the success rate of campaigns and effectively modifying them to work well in future campaigns
Monitoring and managing the company's social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities

- daily communication with mall management, store managers task organizing, copywriting etc.

Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and nonfinancial information
Managing relationships with external vendors such as social media influencers to ensure highquality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
