WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Assist & support with the compilation, editing and approval Sales process & Tender documentation.
Assist & support with compiling, checking and editing tender documents.
Assist & support in maintaining the sales structures including appointment of agents, advisor and distributors.
Assist & support with the preparation of Business Communication, Official letters and PowerPoint presentations.
Assist & support the sales team reporting on weekly, monthly and Quarterly.
Assist & support in drawing up, monitor and report on overhead budgets for Sales department.
Administrative support to meetings and sales reviews.
Ensure proper filing, record keeping and reporting of marketing activities.
Support in all general Sales support including travel, hosting customers and planning activities.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Marketing related degree
Experience in marketing and/or customer relations activities.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
Appreciation/ understanding of business systems/ company policies and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Excellent communication skills and high level of professionalism.
Strong planning and administrative skills with a highly organised approach.
Ability to work independently, show initiative and demonstrate good judgement.
Fully computer literate (Complete MS Office packages).
High level of integrity, confidentiality and office protocol.
Fluent in English (read, write and understand).
SAP knowledge is advantageous
