Our client currently has an opportunity for a Senior Draughtsman to be on site to masure and draught as-built drawings in accordance with the client standards and procedures and manage intermediate and Junior Draughtsmen in the section as well as the interns.


The successful incumbent will hold a multi-discipline draughting certificate N4/N5 together with a minimum of 8 years of experience and experience working with CAD.


Position details:


Travel requirements:
Based on site - must have own accommodation.

Produce detail models/detail drawings from site measured structures according to company standards, scanning and modelling and training. Management Reporting.
Adhere to the Client's safety procedures and policies on and off site.

Once onboarded and familiarised with the site the incumbent will be expected to work independently without supervision from the Project Lead.

Deviation from manhour budget.
Accuracy - number of errors.
Deviation from draughting standards/procedures - quality and level of detail.
Deviation from technical standards.
Number of revisions due to draughting errors.

Job Qualification & Experience:
Multi discipline draughting certificate N4/N5.
Minimum 8 years+.

Must be computer literate and must have working experience with CAD products and 3D Modelling and Scanning as well as checking.
