Responsibilities:

System Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing online banking systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and innovation.

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and system integrations.

Solution Design: Design technical solutions and system architectures that align with business requirements, industry best practices, and security standards.

Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical specifications, diagrams, and documentation to communicate system designs and requirements to development teams and stakeholders.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, perform system testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of online banking systems.

Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and incidents related to online banking systems, working closely with internal teams and external partners as needed.

Security and Compliance: Ensure that online banking systems adhere to security standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines, including data protection and privacy regulations.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance and conduct performance tuning activities to optimize the speed, scalability, and reliability of online banking services.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to enhance the user experience and drive business value through online banking initiatives.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCBA, CBAP, CISM) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on online banking systems.
  • Proficiency in system analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and solution design.
  • Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to online banking, such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and PSD
  • Experience with online banking platforms and systems such as internet banking portals, mobile banking apps, payment gateways, and core banking systems.

Job Types:
