_KEY ROLE_
In the role you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing and payment of wages


_RESPONSIBILITIES_

  • Full Time & Attendance and Wage Payroll Function


  • Report Input

  • Employment Equity and Employee statistics
  • Monthly recons, payment and submission of all 3rd party payment
  • Register employees for income tax numbers (if they don't have any)
  • Loading new staff onto clocking system
  • Processing of hours on time and attendance system
  • Processing administration and followup of all IOD Cases
  • Personnel Filing
  • Loading and preparing payments for banking
  • UIF UI19 and Certificate of Service

_MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE_

  • HR or Payroll Diploma qualification
  • Minimum 3 5 years' experience in a payroll environment
  • Sage VIP experience
  • Strong admin skills

_REMUNERATION_
R R Cost to Company) - based on experience

START DATE - As soon as Possible
