Kendrick Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Manager role in Cape Town, South Africa. Our client, is a pioneering force in redefining the future of living and working spaces. As the Revenue Manager, you will be a crucial asset to Property Management department.

Reporting to the Head of Hospitality Operations, you will be responsible for managing rates, occupancy, and staff to optimize revenue for the consolidated hybrid booking platform.

Your role involves strategic planning, operational budgeting, and fostering a culture of revenue optimization.


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maintain optimal occupancy levels and budget adherence.
  • Set and manage room rates according to profitability benchmarks.
  • Lead and motivate resources to maximize overall revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with departments to implement revenue generation strategies.

Requirements Qualifications and Skills:

  • 510 years of professional experience, demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Minimum of 5 years in hospitality and shortterm rental industry.
  • 2 years in a management position, showcasing leadership capabilities.
  • Proficient financial skills and data analysis expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability to change.
  • Positive team player with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking with a keen commercial mindset.
