The Feedem Group is one of the largest independently owned level 1 BEE service providers in the outsourced catering and cleaning industry, with offices in all major South African cities.

The Feedem Group's shareholders include RMB Corvest, Agile Capital as well as Management, and we are embarking on an aggressive expansion plan, nationally.

We are currently recruiting for a meticulous, hardworking and diligent Fleet and Uniform Coordinator, in the finance/ admin department of our offices based in Bellville.

Duties Include:

Monitor fleet cards transactions.
Monitor tracking systems daily.
Managing Fleet capacity and fleet insurance

- first line of contact with Insurance for end to end to end claims handling/management.

Running Motor vehicle cost reports for finance.
Ensure fleet policy is up to date with current legislation.
Advice and guidance to operators and managers on fleet compliance issues, vehicle inspections and driver compliance.
Create and maintain fleet files.
Responsibility for the daytoday operations of vehicle maintenance, service and repairs.
Full responsibility of accident management
Timely Issuing of uniforms
Ordering of uniforms
Monthly uniform to stock take
Relief at Reception as and when required
Grade 12 or equivalent

- certificate in logistics or fleet management will be advantageous
years' experience

Computer literate
Report writing
Driver's license code B/ C1 (must)

Preference will be given to our designated Employee Groups, in order to achieve our Employment Equity targets.
