Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of a Timetable Temp based at our Midrand Campus on 6 month fixed term contract

Duties and Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities:


Coordination:
Collaborate with academic/operational departments to gather scheduling requirements and implement effective timetable solutions.

Data Management:
Maintain comprehensive databases of courses, classrooms, instructors, and other relevant information necessary for timetable creation and management.

Analysis and Optimization:
Identify opportunities for timetable optimization and improvement through data analysis and feedback collection.

Communication:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding timetable changes, updates, and any relevant information.

Problem Resolution:
Address timetable conflicts and resolve scheduling issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to timetables, schedules, and related processes.
