CONTROL ROOM ADMIN / OPERATIONS PERSON REQUIRED FOR A SECURITY COMPANY BASED IN RONDEBOSCH EAST CAPE TOWN - DAY SHIFT ONLY

Minimum requirements

  • Matric
- (PSIRA) Private Security Regulatory Authority Registered [Preferably]

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing a control room or relevant experience.
  • Need to have excellent computer literacy.
  • Excellent personal and customer relations experience.
  • Wellgroomed and presentable.

Job Specifications

  • To work in conjunction with senior management to nurture and develop staff.
  • Team management and support.
  • Manage and minimize false alarm activations.
  • Deal with client queries, concerns or complaints.
  • Technical and tactical sales advice and support office based only.
  • All training will be provided.
