Objectives of this role
- Assist buyers in purchasing property direct from the developer.
Responsibilities
- Convert leads to appointments and a sale
- Select the correct property that meet the client's needs.
- Consult with client on regular basis
Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in real estate, or minimum two years in sales of any type
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication
- Deep knowledge of the local area for marketing purposes
