We are seeking a professional, experienced, and motivated individual to join our team as a duty Manager/ess and Host/ess.

  • The Host all required operations and is responsible for delivering excellent guest experience.
  • Minimum Requirements Proven Managerial experience.
  • Minimum 8 Years in a 45star Hotel environment.
  • Traceable references. Written will suffice. Contact numbers to be supplied in addition.
  • Hospitality Degree or Diploma preferable Excellent English Speaking and Written a necessity.
  • Zulu Speaking and understanding is an advantage.

  • Financial Requirements
  • Ensure Profit centers run at stipulated COS levels.
  • Manage all operational stock within the company.
  • Handle all stock orders effectively. Review all related operating costs with the teams and supply the GM with relevant information of shortfalls etc as well as improvement plans, if need be.
  • Manage cost centers effectively according to our property budget daily/monthly.
  • Manage guest experience costs as well as new experience costings.
  • Manage all Inventories and Capex control monthly.
  • Operational Requirements
  • Ensure our Brand standards are always upheld.
  • Optimize our brand with weekly meetings with our GM. Weekly and Monthly feedbacks to our GM.
  • Safe hygiene & Safety practices for staff & Guests Guest F&B feedback Audits monthly.
  • Report to
GM.

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Micros, Opera)
  • Keep up to date with international guest experience trends.
  • Compile and execute innovative guest experiences.
  • Positive Interaction with guests is vital.
  • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
  • Ensure the appropriate ambiance in all areas is maintained at all times
  • Human Resources
  • Ensure all staff are competent to perform their duties
  • A STRONG HR background with sound disciplinary skills.
  • Yet a fair approach to staff interaction.
  • Implement on the job training programs.
  • Skills development programs.
  • Maximize staff effectiveness to ensure a 100% guest satisfaction experience.
  • Weekly/Monthly reporting to GM on staff performance.
  • Set up/manage Staff KPI's.
  • Report monthly on staff performance to the GM.
  • Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel

From R15,000.00 per month
