If you have 10+ years' experience codebase ownership, with a knack for leadership, technical prowess across diverse platforms, proficiency in integrating 3rd Party SDKs and APIs, advanced proficiency in C#, Angular, JavaScript,.

Net Core & Framework, SQL, MongoDB, SwiftUI for iOS, and Kotlin for Android, proficiency in Azure DevOps, Azure App Services, and development planning, and a passion for redefining access technology, this is your opportunity to make an impact

Type:
Hybrid in Cape Town (3 days in office)


Responsibilities:

Software Development Leadership:


  • Dive deep into the codebase to inform feature scoping and development.
  • Champion consistent standards across the tech stack and encourage reusable design.
  • Align technical design with business goals and user needs.
  • Drive automation for new and existing code testing.

Communication and Problem-Solving:


  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to define functional requirements and scope new features.
  • Advise on system infrastructure enhancements and process improvements.
  • Facilitate seamless integration between development teams and vendors.
  • Ensure clear and professional system documentation.

Team Leadership and Planning:


  • Assist in team growth planning, including outsourced development partners.
  • Guide technological and process changes within the team.
  • Provide technical mentorship as the team expands.

Requirements:

Experience:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with codebase ownership.
  • Proficiency in integrating 3rd Party SDKs and APIs.
  • Leadership experience with crossfunctional teams and scalable web/mobile app launches.
  • Background in construction, building services, or electronic security (preferred).
  • Previous seniorlevel fullstack development (advantageous).

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Advanced proficiency in C#, Angular, JavaScript,.Net Core & Framework, SQL, MongoDB, SwiftUI for iOS, and Kotlin for Android.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Azure App Services, and development planning.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical scopes and manage complex functionality deliveries.
  • Selfmotivated, innovative, and flexible with a collaborative approach.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R60, R90,000.00 per month
