Your key responsibilities:

This role requires having a team of professional engineer's report into you with skills of mentorship and leadership. Assist and establish an operating rhythm that empowers the team to do their career's best work. Developing the chapter's capability through skills development and coaching.

Overseeing the developers' learning & development programmes and provide suggestions for training topics based on emerging needs from the tribe.

Willingness to address complaints and key concerns impacting the chapter's morale and performance. Advocating for design thinking within engineering forums

Comfortable collaborating with product managers and designers to create world-class interfaces. Cultivating an environment that facilitates creativity and collaboration.


Our required expertise:


  • Experience of the full SDLC and working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
  • Experience of writing and maintaining automated tests.
  • Experience of Microsoft Azure products and services.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD and Git.
