_your purpose:_


Driving online sales, management of stock and key projects to ensure the online assortment delivers distinctive value, consistent newness daily to provide a great customer experience which aims to further the sales strategy of the business.


_ your day-to-day responsibilities:_

Online Trading:


Merchandising of product on site, managing assortment and stock levels with additional focus on depth to meet sales demand which generates revenue on all digital channels.


Budgets & Forecasts.
Forecasting the performance of the ecommerce site monthly. Actioning tasks to achieve these tasks, daily and monthly.


Reporting.
Reporting on SOH, sales, best performing items & more to the stakeholders.


Logistics.
Liaising with couriers on courier routes, missed parcels, new labels etc.


Website performance.
Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime. Managing broken links and server downtime. Traffic performance - where are we getting traffic from, how can improve on this.


Key Projects:


Execution of key business projects and site enhancements, including testing, relating to digital channels which improve the customer experience in order to drive sales.


Front-End Site Management:


Coordination of content planning and uploading to site timeously in order to provide a great user experience for our customers.


what are the requirements?

  • Degree/Diploma: Marketing or Digital related.
  • 34 Years E-Commerce experience.
  • 12 Years supervisory experience.
  • 12 Years project management experience.
  • Ecommerce.
  • Digital platforms.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Business understanding of the Retail Merchant cycle.
  • Understanding of inhouse systems (Redworld, MIS, E-Focus, Magento, etc.).
  • Homeware product knowledge.
