Talent Acquisitions Specialist - ICT Industry - AA/EE - Randburg

Company requires an experienced talent Acquisitions Specialist to undertake all complex hiring activities in collaboration with Business and Human Capital to attract the required results in the placement of the right talent across a wide array of business functions

Minimum requirements:

Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources Management
Minimum 5 years' experience within a recruitment function with exposure to sourcing for a wide array of positions including specialist and scarce skill roles
Minimum 2 years' experience with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing for scarce roles in the ICT industry or recruitment agency
A broad network of relevant recruitment resources including agencies, headhunters etc
Willing to travel occasionally
