Description

Franchise dealership in City Centre of Cape Town has a great opportunity for someone special on their team in the Service Department.

Y

Basic between R12K - R15K + company contributions to medical aid and provident fund.

Your function is to process warranty claims and ensure it is completed within a certain period of time and all relevant processes are strictly followed.

Requirements:

Previous working experience as Warranty Clerk / Warranty Administrator of at least 1 year in the Automotive industry. If you come from Workshop Admin / Bookings / Service Advisor with exposure to warranty and parts knowledge this could also work for you.
High attention to detail combined with excellent writing skills and a high degree if work integrity.
Working knowledge of Evolve
SPECIFIC brand / OEM Manufacturer working experience is preferred.
Minimum Matric / Senior Certificate Qualification.
Clear criminal and credit record
Driver's license
