Now, our dynamic team in Durbanville is on the lookout for an HR Coordinator join us in our mission to ensure the continued success and expansion of our workforce.


ABOUT THE ROLE
As HR Coordinator, your main responsibility is to provide administrative support to the HR team.

Your goal will be to successfully facilitate the administration behind the recruitment and induction process, as well as providing necessary administrative support on a day-to-day basis.

You'll also assist with administration related to Health and Safety, as well as the management of employee leave and absenteeism.


DUTIES
While working alongside the rest of the HR team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leave and absenteeism management.
  • Company benefits administration.
  • Monthly reporting and statistics for effective decisionmaking.
  • Daytoday HR administration and queries handling.
  • Maintain employee and all other HR records at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team Leader on all HRrelated projects.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Here's what we need from you:

  • Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics.
  • A tertiary qualification in HR Management or Industrial/Organisational Psychology.
  • 23 Years' experience in a HR Administration role.
  • Minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montana, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • HR Administration: 2 years (required)
  • Recruitment: 2 years (required)
